Virtual classes with Lifestyles
Although we can't be together in person, here at Lifestyles we are still committed to helping you stay active with our home workout videos.
So even though our centres are closed our brilliant fitness instructors have created some virtual classes that you can do in the comfort of your own home - from short low impact workouts to longer high intensity sessions and floor work.
What you need
All you really need is a bit of space, something comfy to lie on such as a mat or towel for any floor work, and you'll be good to go!
Although we use equipment such as Kettlebells and weights in some videos, don't worry if you don't have any at home - just grab a couple of water bottles, tins or something you can use as a substitute. But most sessions will just use your own body weight.
