Terms and conditions

1. Classes exclude Aqua Running, Aqua Spin, Thai Boxing and coached sessions by external providers.
2. Court hire includes Badminton and Squash courts, and a reduced rate for Tennis Court hire.
3. Concessions (Platinum and Silver single memberships) are available to over 60s, full time students and people in receipt of a qualifying benefit. Please bring proof of status such as birth certificate or bus pass, student status letter from college or university or benefit award letter such as:
   • Income Support
   • Income based Jobseeker’s Allowance
   • Support under Part 6 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
   • Guaranteed element of State Pension Credit
   • Child Tax Credit with annual household income less than £16,190 (as assessed by HM Revenues and Customers (and do not get Working Tax Credit)
   • Working Tax Credit run-on (paid for 4 weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit)
   • Universal Credit
4. Platinum Neighbourhood is a site specific membership available at Austin Rawlinson, Everton Park and Park Road to make it more affordable for three of the most deprived areas of the city.
   • This is a three month pilot scheme.
   • Membership is to attend one site only.
   • No contract - pay and renew each month.
   • Pilot scheme starts 1st July to 1st September 2022. Lifestyles will review after 3 months.
