On Saturday 4th January 2025, Ellergreen will be running free classes for non-members and a chance to meet our fitness coaches.

The classes we'll be running are listed below, along with the details of the coaches running the sessions. See 'How to book' for details on how to take part.

12:30-13:00 HITT with Sheena

13:00-13:30pm Dynamic Pilates

13:30-14:00 Zumba with Jay

14:00-14:45 HIIT Step with Jason

14:30-15:00 Aqua Zumba (pool) with Hannah

You'll need to register for a free casual membership to book on the classes. Select the 'sign up' button below and follow the sign up instructions. Make sure you choose Ellergreen for your home club.
