Lifestyles customer update
What to expect when visiting Lifestyles centres after the lifting of national Covid-19 restrictions.
Following the government's lifting of restrictions we will be altering our centre programmes from Monday 26th July.
Alsop, Austin Rawlinson, Cardinal Heenan, Ellergreen, Garston and Liverpool Aquatics Centre remain open and we are working on a recovery plan to open up further sites in due course.
Park Road is open for Tiny Gym and Animal Academy sessions.
Group fitness classes
Following customer feedback online bookings will remain in place for classes. You can book online up to 7 days in advance from 7am. We have also increased capacity for all classes, though not to pre-Covid numbers.
We have added more classes to our timetables and there is no longer a limit on the number of classes you can attend each day.
You no longer need to book a gym slot - just turn up during our opening hours. Although we have not returned to full capacity, we have increased capacity. We ask customers to continue to wipe down equipment after each use to help keep everybody safe.
Some gym areas may close earlier than other centre facilities. Check centre pages to see where this is applicable under 'opening hours'.
Exercise for Health (GP Referrals)
The Exercise for Health scheme will remain suspended for a short period.
